“Renaissance” age in healthcare! 19 December 2014

Renaissance Healthcare Investment, Inc., has completed the works it conducted with the international investment fund Meridiam Infrastructure and 9 foreign banks for the 1550-bed Adana Integrated Health Campus. The signature ceremony for the financial closure of amount 433 Million Euro, has been held on December 19 with participation of the Minister of Health, Dr. Mehmet Müezzinoğlu.

One of the giant steps of the “Public Private Partnerships-PPP” project named as the largest project Turkey has ever realized until today in health sector and by which our country would possess many numbers of modern hospitals, has come from Renaissance Healthcare Investment and Meridiam Partnership.

Under scope of the PPP-Public Private Partnership model in which the method of making the public investments by private sector and renting these to the state for some specific time period and thus providing specfific services by this way, Renaissance Healthcare Investment from among the group companies of Rönesans Holding has announced that the works it conducted with the international investment fund Meridiam Infrastructure has been resulted for the “Integrated Health Campus” in Adana, to consist of 1550 beds and to be completed by a total investment of amount 540 million euro. While the signature ceremony was being held on December 19, for the financial closure which all 9 foreign banks have participated in for the first time in Turkey, the Minister of Health, Dr. Mehmet Müezzinoğlu, the Rönesans Holding President, Dr. Erman Ilıcak, the Renaissance Healthcare Investment Group President, Kamil Yanıkömeroğlu, the Meridiam International Investment Fund Founder Partner and CEO, Thierry Déau and the executives of the banks taking place in the project have participated in the ceremony.
