The Adana Integrated Health Campus, construction of which has been undertaken by Rönesans, is “The Best One in Europe” 30 January 2015

The “Adana Integrated Health Campus” of 1550-bed capacity which Renaissance Healthcare Investment, one of the group companies of Rönesans Holding, would complete it by a total investment amount of 540 million euro, has been selected as the Europe’s best “Public Private Partnerships-PPP” financing project. The “Adana Integrated Health Campus” to be put into practice under scope of “Public Private Partnerships-PPP” in Turkey which the works of have been conducted by Rönesans Healthcare Investment and Meridiam with 9 foreign banks, has been found worthy for the “Europe’s Best PPP (Public Private Partnership) Project” award by the worldwide celebrated globale infrastructure and project finance platform, Infrastructure Journal Global.

The “IJGlobal Europe and Africa 2014 Award Ceremony” where the best projects of the sector are awarded in, has been held on February 19, in London, the capital city of England. During the night wherein more than 500 sector professionals have participated in the National History Museum, the Rönesans Holding President, Dr. Erman Ilıcak, the Renaissance Healthcare Investment Borad of Directors’ President, Kamil Yanıkömeroğlu, the Meridiam Founder Partner and CEO, Mr. Thierry Déau, have accepted the prize awarded for the Adana Integrated Health Campus. The Adana Integrated Health Campus, has become the owner of this prize awarded in field of financing by taking as basis, perfection, achievement and innovation criteria in energy and infrastructure financing in European and African countries. Financial Closure was realized in December 2014

Renaissance Healthcare Investment, Inc., completed in December 2014 the works it was conducting with its partner international investment fund Meridiam and 9 foreign banks for the 1550-bed Adana Integrated Health Campus. Renaissance realized on December 19, the financial closure signature ceremony of amount 433 Million Euro.
